Meet the Founder
Led by Mark J Kayton, a seasoned attorney with over 30 years' experience, who has served as general counsel to a wide array of businesses, ranging from title insurance agents to technology providers, and many more. Mark has deep legal experience spanning the traditional domains of business and corporate law in addition to his extensive background addressing the regulatory compliance needs of his clients, particularly in the title insurance and settlement services space. Mark graduated from University of Miami School of Law in 1992 and is admitted to practice in both California and Florida.
